I want to say the 94 doesn't have a power valve.

be careful with the power valve assy, it requires a special prep to make it go back together and will break if not done right.........this is what Ive read. I have an 02 KX100 and read this while making the purchase.

I don't think they come with power valves these years

Around 98 or 99 if my memory is serving me. The 60 never did.

Someone help! I've been trying over and over to combine the crank cases back together and no luck! It either pushes the crank out of it all together or it's too hard for me twist. I've been working on this all day....

Use your crank puller. It works both ways

PB Blaster and a sledge hammer.

Had to take it all apart again cause I forgot a piece!!!! Anyways while I'm here I took some pics of the transmission. Can someone please tell me asap if I put it in together right so that when Im finally done I don't have to tear it apart again if it won't shift gears!

When you get older your crank doesn't get as stiff.........ehhh wait your talking about your bike, oh well that should move freely with no binding at all.

Yeah there's no binding and it moves freely but it's just a little stiff
