It's raining over Bartsow... Black Sky... but sunny at my house only a few miles from there. Can't smell the rain but I can sure see it.
More on the way today and tonight hopefully. We has our first dusting of snow this AM at the house.
That just means that my ride on Sunday will be epic!

Not a fast pace, got my two girls, son, friend and one poss. new rider, I always like to drag my girls new boyfriends out to see if they can cut the mustard, big chest 16yo and the, "yah, I know how to ride a motorcycle" We will see. LOL....Last one made my CRF230 fly, only problem was the bike was solo and he was laying on the ground. By the time we got to /X he was beat, bruised, and battered..The bike was fine.
So we power line road it back to the truck, he was done. Oh, and he no longer dates my daughter, "PUSSY".

My final chance to ride before my week in the Dez, was last week, too bad I was sicker then Bruno the exploding dog. This weekend is all about getting everything ready for leaving next Sunday. :rockingaweekintheDez: By the way, since I can't PM you, same spot as New Years with Rez.
Yeah I hear you on the Red Stake thing and probably the extra patrolling. Spangler is closer to me (2.5 hr run with trailer hooked up) and I will have to go out now just to see the damage they caused out there. If it is as bad as they say/claim, then I will be looking for a new location to ride in. Maybe have to start heading over to Barstow/Lucerne area..I still need to make a trek down to OW to check it out. I believe I have been there 80 years ago when I was a wee lad.
No enforcement in Shangra Lah-T-Dah valley yet. I'll be spending my entire "post" New Years there.
I still do not like OW although I have never been lucky enough to find the mystical riding area.
Same for me as going to Spangler.
You must ride Shell Reef a lot.
It's the El Pasos/Red Rock that I like to ride, and they WILL be enforced. :bigticket:Even with the red stakes I have witnessed, there is still a lot of land to ride with open routes up around Red Mountain, etc.
I'm not pushing my luck, I don't need another ticket, just as I'm paying off the last one.As far as the patrols go, I will believe it when I see it. Good luck enforcing a closed trail when it is only closed from one end.
