Just spent all weekend with my partner, painting and getting ready. I am not cut out for this stuff. I make my money manageing a law office. The cooking really begins in earnest next few weekends. Hope to see a few of you guys there after we open.

Just one question Dub-G, did you ever consider your new eatery slogan to be, "Naturaledge likes it - you know it's gotta be good"? Or perhaps go with something with a little brevity: "N-Edge Approved Everywhere North of the Rio Grande"

Two weeks and counting. More cooking and experimenting this weekend. Yummy yummy can't wait to put it in my tummys and other tummys too.
