Are you torquing to the new spec? I thought Yamaha addressed, and fixed this problem.

Most used bikes have their quirks at 1st, Luckily, mine was a stupid easy, and free one on the xr.

Yes i have the updated specs and will be useing the new ones this time

From what I found, the new torque is 47 foot pounds. Make sure you use a flywheel holder, and throw some more of that green Loctite like Carl suggested, and we'll all keep our fingers crossed.
