Cool - day 18 Cardio, day 19 extreme yoga, day 20 get hammered.
Day 20 and 21 DONE!!! tonight was supposed to be the rest but i did last nights workout instead to catch up. i tried to do something else tonight cause i want to be able to push through but i'm getting worn out quick... i took a little bit longer break between the sets (minute instead of 30seconds) and found myself easily pushing more reps out. I still need to call the doc though cause i still had a problem with stomach acid :-( tonight it was just one good sized lugi of straight bile. may have to give it up but hopefully not...

You better be cranking the rock to get through it! I took to running again and luckly didn't loose any muscle mass during my break. It felt good to get out again and run, I ran somewhere right around 3 miles today Do you run or bike or anything for part of your work out man?
