Insanity by Beach Body...

Cool - day 18 Cardio, day 19 extreme yoga, day 20 get hammered. :thumb:

Day 21: Pot of coffee on at 6:30. Three eggs over easy with toasty-crunchy corned beef hash, 3 slices of 12 grain whole wheat whatever is supposed to be good for you bread, to soak up the yolks! .... Glass of OJ! ..... Then...

Off to my favorite morning yoga class...!

Day 20 and 21 DONE!!! tonight was supposed to be the rest but i did last nights workout instead to catch up. i tried to do something else tonight cause i want to be able to push through but i'm getting worn out quick... i took a little bit longer break between the sets (minute instead of 30seconds) and found myself easily pushing more reps out. I still need to call the doc though cause i still had a problem with stomach acid :-( tonight it was just one good sized lugi of straight bile. may have to give it up but hopefully not...

haha... i forgot to call the doc and my mom says he'll tell me to stop working out if i did :pout: i'm a third of the way through and am really considering just weight lifting and running since thats where i got all the weight loss from last time but i like having a program and routine to follow.. i don't know..
 
Day 22 done... i ended up taking every supplement i had so i'd get off the couch and actually do something...lol. it worked pretty good too, didn't throw up but got a little nausea and had to slow down a little at the end... Still sticking with it though!
 
well 10min into Day 23 and i'm done... i'm burnt and don't feel it at all today, really pisses me off but my body just doesn't want to move. not sore, didn't even start to sweat but had no push or desire, pretty bummed right now but hopefully tomorrows exercise makes up for it.
 
You better be cranking the rock to get through it! I took to running again and luckly didn't loose any muscle mass during my break. It felt good to get out again and run, I ran somewhere right around 3 miles today :thumb: Do you run or bike or anything for part of your work out man?

well last night i just fell asleep... body was tired and i'd been up all day mowing half an acre of knee deep grass with a pushmower... :bonk: tonight i'm gonna do the Cardio Recovery which is scheduled instead of going back to yesterdays cause i'm burnt out and i think the recovery will help. I need to start running too cause thats how i lost a lot of weight before and i want to do a 5k in October and win... not just do it, but win :thumb:

the program just is running in place and a lot of deep squats and jumping. complete full body workout, on some of the videos the people are on the ground DONE before it's even over with and they're a lot more fit than me
 
ok well day 24 didn't happen... day 25 Cardio Recovery sucked as much as usual... slow movements that make you work on form really suck...lol
