All you need is ICPET......

Intake... Is it getting fuel
Compression...... What kind of compression
Power.... Is it fireing
Exhaust ...Well you know the drill
Timing...Sorta hard to screw up the timing on a 2 stroke.

haha... Mix all together and you got a running scooter...

Is the plug getting wet from fuel?

Plug is wet. It sputtered once like 3 kicks in. Hasn't since. It's Gots to be the lectricals.

After you had the frame coated, did you sand off the powder at the ground spots? I would think it would only affect the stop button, but I'm just throwing it out there. :noidea:

I did sand where the coil bolts to the framed and the little black box by the neck.

I'm on my way back to work now. I'm going to pull the plug on Friday when I'm back how to see if I'm getting any spark.

electronics associated with the carb (when specific jets start working) and powervalve ( when it is actuated)

New air filter, jets are clear, spark plug makes spark. So why wont this mf'er go braaaap?

Big fat blue spark? Have you tried bump starting it? Does it loook or smell like the plug is getting wet?
