Frame wont be ready till monday, I leave town sunday and wont be back for two weeks #fml

Damn.

I was in a similar situation these past two weeks, however I was home, just didn't have time.

Let me start by saying athena gaskets are fine. However, there o-rings are complete garbage. None fit correctly and are all too thin. I have new oem's on order.

You hit the nail on the head. Only get OEM orings...

Does your bike have the orings for the head also...Mise well get them OEM also...

Only orings are the head and clutch cover.

Great to see the engine work currently done went well , nice to see people having a go, that bearing was really sad, do you believe KTM used a nylon cage on there main crank bearings, no BS, I had a 96KTM and nearly fell over when I done the rebuild, holy shit I said.

Should see the bearings in my Outboard boat engine Has press on bearings on both ends... And on the middle journals and rod journals it has the type of bearings you have to like hand build lol..... Here are the rollers

Haha i know... But it is a V6 2 stroke engine... And it runs 5800rpm like all day with me driving

Powder coater called friday, my frame is ready to pick up. I should get it Friday. Maybe I will have a running bike before I head back to work Sunday.

It hasn't happened yet. I won't be home until around 1am Friday. However, when it happens, there will be pictures.

I'm really looking forward to teorrizing my neighborhood this weekend. I hope I can find the time to get it done.

Frame looks 1000x better. Yellow again would have been nice, but flat black will do.

New pro taper k-dub bend bars and pillow grips as well.

Just waiting on my 3 year old to go to bed.

I got a few things on.

The motor is just kind of in there though. I'll leave it loose until I get the swing arm in. I can't decide if I want to make it shiny or not though.

It has also been decided that I need new brake rotors.

I think RMATV had those rotors on sale a few weeks back for that exact bike i believe.
