Well, today was a big day. All I need is fork oil, crankcase oil, coolant, and a spark plug. Once that's done, I'll be able to break the engine in!

I think it's a combination of a few things. I discovered I had the wrong heat range for the plug, it's the oem pj carb which is known to be just bad in general, and yeah it only got it fully up to temp after I rode it up a side street and back.Sounds like it's breaking up a little just off idle, or it's not warmed up enough.
Probably needs a few long pulls to get a really good idea of how it's jetted.
