well i was out lookn at er today and well this is prolly gonna be the hardest thing to get....the front forks are busted im lookn around for some but it aint goin well haha

Well... That sucks haha. I'll look for those to, I have Friday off so I was going to go buy a new holster for my pistol and some ammo, on my way im going to stop by the bone yard and see what they got. What you should do is match part numbers to different year and model bikes see if any can be fitted to yours. that should be easy, just find a site that sells oem partss on a fische finder and just click through what you need. Try cheapcycleparts.com. That way if something does fit it that we can't find the original then we have a back up plan.

yea thats whay im gonna have to do prolly see whos got what and narrow it down ive been lookn on my time off and then next week im gonna be busy as hell tryn to fix up a new vehicle

Alright I got good news and bad news. The good news is that the seat and kick starter ar the same part on all 70 and early 80s model trail 90s and the kickstarter will even work off a trail 70. The bad news is that the forks are only the same from 1970-74 until they changed... kind of a small window. I used the fische finder at work today during lunch, that things incredible haha. But im heading out to get the stuff for my pistol tomorrow so im going to stop by and see what they got. I hope they have a CT there. But thats what I found out.

awsome!!! thats great ive tried to get into that and it dont work for me :confused: i dont know but great let me know what they got, my seat is trashed and those are the 3 things im really worried about but anyways thanks for the heads up i went to the salvage yard today after i scraped some metal but anyways they didnt have anything no 70's no 90's nothing, they didnt even have anything for my TTR

ok, that's what this place is mostly made of... Motorcycles and other motor vehicles. Im sure they have something but I don't want to get your hopes up haha. I will let you know man how things go, ill take pictures if I find anything and post them. If ya like them ill go pick them up.

here is what happened when I walked up to the guy. In script form

Me "hi there you wouldn't happen to have any Honda trail 90s out back would you?"
Him "I do, but I gotta say it's in rough shape"
Me "that's alright I just need a few parts off it"
Him "well you are welcome to take a look"

We went walking back there and he has all kinds of bikes. This is like a slap to the face for you man but here is the condition of it. It was missing the seat, the little rack behind the seat, the kickstarter was broken in half, the triple clamps were rusted and one fork was there.

Me "yeah you're right it is in rough shape"
Him "yep this was mine when I was a kid, rode it until the front wheel fell off... Literally"

that's the only one he had man, sorry for the bad news but ill keep calling around.

:lol: ahh man thats funny but kinda upsetting, oh well thanks for lookn the place out here has one and its about the same shape, the kick starter was welded back together and the seat was i dont know how to explain it haha but no forks i have one guy on backfall but hes asking WAY too much for his parts
