Sounds crazy, but buy one of those spring loaded hand squeezers or a stress ball. I have it in the car and as you are driving to work or around town do some squeeze exercises with it. It will strengthen your grip in your fingers and allow you to loosen the grip at the same time because you can rely on your fingers for gripping.Hey everyone after some of our long rides my throttle hand and rist start to hurt. The best thing is to try and relax your grip. It's all that white knuckle time that causes the problems.
Now if I could only follow my own advice...
