Hey everyone after some of our long rides my throttle hand and rist start to hurt. Like carpal Tunnel. Is there anything you guys do to stretch it or strangthen your wrists?(Keep it PG-13 rated here everyone)
The best thing is to try and relax your grip. It's all that white knuckle time that causes the problems.
Now if I could only follow my own advice...
