I went from the Pro Taper pillow tops

To the Rockstars

And now I'm going to try out the Renthal Diamonds

I found myself gripping to hard on those soft grips, which cramped the fingers and caused arm pump.

The Diamonds are good grips. Not sure if I would like those Rockstars...

I was going for a grip that was a little harder than the Pillow Tops, these fit the bill.

However now I'm wanting an even harder grip, good thing grips are cheap. :bonk:

I like the new grips I put on...I think they were renthals or scott's can't remember, I like the little foam donut that goes on between your hand and the inside "flared part fo the grip. I know this isn't anything new, I've just never used them before. NOW I have to replace the knuckle savers...busted the right side when I fell over...so old they were brittle, there was no flex left in them!

I want those foam donut things you speak of. Somehow I always end up with a blister on my thumb where it rides up against the flared part of the grip. :rant:

I think they came with the grips...I'm sure you can pick em up by themselves though.

grip donuts are not worth what it costs to have them shipped. go into any cyclegear or any dirt bike shop and they should have some.
