You're supposed to go for the guts not face(the face is nothing but bone). also that is USELESS for anything but combat or fish spearing(as trav said). bayonets were used for a reason, more than one or two possible uses.

The bayonets main purpose was for use after you ran out of ammo. Or your weapon failed. Hand to hand type stuff. Mostly because it was just way more efficient to just shoot'em

Notice I said...impractical. I think it's meant mostly as a joke. Like Hornady's new Zombie Max ammo.

If it was cheap, I'd buy it for the hell of it. I wouldn't wanna get stabbed with it, whether it's the face or the stomach.

It is a optical illusion. if you look at the picture right it looks like she is standing on a floating platform. It looks like someone might have photoshoped out the sidexs of the box platform making it look like its floating.... really tho its just a illusion because of the shadows and the sand.
