On the fly

Sounds like a good trip so far Sun. Waiting to see pics...

As for the sprocket...if it can wait until after the trip, then you should replace both front and rear and the chain....As Timo Suggested:prof:

If this is her KX she just put a new rear sprocket on before the rez ride...at least I think it was the rear......

Hey, hey! Im here at Starbucks loading pics and vids. Im hoping to post some in before I head out the door to ride. So far it has been great! I will say Reno is filled with lots of interesting people as you will see later. Right now Im sitting in the window at Starbucks across the street from the Wild Orchid strip club LOL Man oh man there is some weird shit/people coming out of that place at this hour:shocked: Dont want to waste time typing here. Im going to continue to try and load some pics and vids right now. Vids wont be up till later today or tomorrow because I have to wait on Vimeo. Havent loaded the tapatalk yet dont know if I will now. Headed up to the Truckee area to ride today with 3 others. Pine trees, snow capped Mts.! Hope my bike doesnt cough too much! Oh, and I did replace the rear sprocket and chain. And I now realize :rolleyes:how important it is to change out the front too:banghead: I'll be ok....it has a few rides left on it hopefully.:ride:

I left my house on Thursday at 5:20 am. By the time I got up outside of Ridgecrest it was 8:30am. Only problem with that is my favorite brewing Co. :rant:isnt open till 9:30! So I stopped anyways, got out and stretched my legs for a moment, thought about a cold beer waaay too early in the morning and got back into my truck and continued on. No Mojave Red for Sun:pout:

Insteaad of inserting a video here where it should be in order, I will jump ahead to Olancha. Olancha is a tiny spot off Hwy 395. It has world famous beef jerkey, honey, olives and pickled garlic. I got down to business right away:devil:

It was a hard call where to place it. I didnt want it to get lost in the sea of stickers so I placed it separate from the rest right next to the front door:smirk:

My job was done in Olancha. Didnt buy anything, nor did I plan on it:lol:

Good thing Timo is not with you. You may of had LEO visitors :smirk:

Ya...I thought about him. In fact I ALWAYS do now when doing this:lol::devil:

Hate to rub it in Timo, but I didnt even get busted:P:moon:

Gotta run now. Need to hit the market before I head over to my friends to head out. Hopefully I can get a few clips up tonight or more pics. But I may be dead dog tired. We shall see! Have a GREAT Saturday everyone. Hope you get to twist the throttle or at the very least enjoy your day.

i been to that jerky spot before. great olives and the jerky was good too. much betterthen that jerky place in baker by the worlds largest thermometer

Good morning from Reno Starbucks again. Yesterday's ride was epic! Amazing trails and scenery! Rode the Prosser area and fell in love with it. So gorgeous! So tight, twisty, and TREES, TREES, TREES:banana:
Now back to where I was....a couple of clips of driving on 395 to some interesting and sometimes really good radio. A dip in the hot springs and onward through Bishop with a stop at Twin Lakes to check out the campgrounds for on the way back. I can only hope we get a spot because it will be the 4th of July week and first come first serve. It was packed. I will worry about that later.

Just North of Owens Lake bed.
