Where do you live? I can point you in the right direction if you make it down here! Believe it or not there are hundreds of trails great for riding on out there.

They refer to the XR's as the "King of the Desert" because of how well they perform(ed) in baja, etc. I had an 85 XR600... it was plush, the first single shock bike I owned.

Well I feel much better about this bike after it being called a "tank" and "king of the desert". It definitely sounds like I'm going the right direction.
