You guys are a bunch of puss*ies!
I live for trails like that in fact, I crave it.
I get bored going 65+ for 100 miles.
Corner, jump, corner, jump, bores me too.
Give me some 1st and 2nd gear tight stuff with a 5-6 man crew and I'm a happy man!
I'm gonna hook up with Carl and do them all......

I will get you up to my place. I think you will like it with out the cliff side potential!

I too like the first and second gear stuff much better than high speed thru the dez. However, I don't have the huevos to deal with the tougher ones. Wouldn't be good if I got seriously hurt and couldn't work.

Man there is some serious whining going on in here. Maybe I should have ditched Rez and stayed with the group... That root section looked like a 3rd or 4th gear section.:smirk: I was thinking "hey drop down to the right and pop up on the other side..Don't know until I see it. I rode Snowy when I was 12, that was like 70 years ago. I will have to go check it out again.

That little ledge that Revithead got stuck on was for a couple reasons. He did not get any momenum to hit it. Should have hit the left side. He was being polite to me since I was right next to him when he took off. I will just note that Rez cleaned that section better than half the group...go figure!

As for the high speed across the desert.....Not boring if you are picking the right trails and running that speed. I will show you some trails that you can run high speed, but if your concentration drifts...........:wow: There is plenty of high speed super fun single track in the dez. I like the slow tight stuff as well, so bring it all on...:thumb: I have ridden in Rack's backyard and it is the same stuff just no goat trails. The trees are tighter, so make sure you have your hand guards or you will be doing stoppies all day (yes I did that).

I agree with TBS that if you have a smaller group in the trees the ride is better. Same goes for any ride.

Now who wants to hit the Royal Flush? Down, then Up! Anyone?........................

Lets do it on quads

there is definitely some really fun high speed single track in the dez.

i watched the line CDA took up that ledge and it was so cake to the left.

Yah, I cleaned the ledge and stalled just after then threw my bike on the ground for being a bad bike. Pretty much spanked it the rest of the day for that. :smirk:

 I know right? Usually Rack's just bitching about the bitchers, however he's now become a bitcher himself.

:stirthepot::smirk:
I know I struggled a bit, but I didn't realize I complained that much.
 Good thing I wasn't there as you guys would've probably "nudged" me off one of those cliffs after 5 min of my bitching. :bonk:

The step up, got the riders it did in the front, because all momentum was taken away by the guy coming down.:noidea: I stopped pretty far back, and I still had a hard time getting my speed up again.

It is really loose and rocky right before. Momentum is definitely your friend.:prof:
