125 Kx 125 Rebuild thread

Well while i was sitting all depressed thinking about how nice its gonna be all weekend and how i coulden't ride because i need a clutch and plastics i remembered i don't give a single fuck. So in true "fuck it" fashion, i give you the MACX 125
Fiddled around in the garage for a minute today.
Got the clutch in:
Made this tool right quick so i didn't break the brand new inner hub:

Installed hour meter too. I really am happy with the way i routed it. You can't tell its there at all and can not see almost any of the wiring. I really took my time to make it right:
Paycheck comes tomorrow. Will be ordering clutch disk's, rad fins, and a air filter. Then she will get new plastics and some SICKK graphics next paycheck. Also have to take off the right side cover and get the kickstarter working right again

geezz, did coach come over and weld those up for you 
closeing your eyes while welding on a concrete floor useing a harborfreight welder isen't the best method for nice weldsgeezz, did coach come over and weld those up for you
Things left:
#1 You may have noticed that the kickstarter is not recoiling like its supposed to. I tracked this down to me bending the seal when i was driving it in and now the seal is too tight around the kickstart shaft.
#2 The petcock is leaking, gotta rebuild that.
#3 I cut the new chain a link short so i have to get a new one now.
#4 Inspect all bolts
#5 Another heat cycle or two
#6 I did get a little oil leakage but the drain plug was only put in finger tight so i hope that was the issue
#7 GET A DAMN HAIRCUT.
Besides getting it ready to start i trued the wheel and slapped an old chain on there for now. She should be ready to rock for this weekend with no issues. :fingerscrossed:
