Finally exercising again.

ever watch any of the vids? i have no expectations on how well i do but watching some of past years vids im not worried too much. im guessing im gonna get my ass kicked but when do i dont :P

so i see that im being talked about again in here, i guess i need to get on here and mix it up :devil:. so as some of you may have heard i need to drop some wieght. so thought i would through up some progress. so last tuesday i was told i need to drop weight by my future employer and i have 30 days to basically do it.:cry: so thanks to CDA (DAD) And the manager (mom) :thumb: they have helped me cut away all sugars and white anything in my diet and ive been eating veggies, fruit, and chicken for a week now. so i jumped on the scale this morning to see my progress and i have lost 6 lbs :banana: so im shooting for another 6 lbs by next tuesday when im supposed to weigh in again.

:thumb: I have dropped 5lbs since we started this routine. I'm mapping some routines for this weekend in the dez....But no :crash:
 
the thing is this CDA JR.... dont jsut get all crazy cold turkey... tone it back a little and just exercise more... otherwise you will just gain it all right back. unless you just want to stay hardcore bare minimal diet type thing for ever then it dont matter i guess.

i plan on basically leaning back into it after i loose the weight but not realy ever go back i need to stay in shape for the job plus other stuff.....:devil:
