Added 13oz flywheel, raised the needle, added a bigger pilot.
The flywheel changed the character for the better, for me.
The gurggle at throttle chop is still there..............have not ridden after playing with the return cable tension...

I've spent close to a half hour trying to get it right before. 
It returns just fine.
After polling several other KX450 riders, this seems to be a normal anamolie with this bike, so at least I know it's not 'broken' or out of tune. Would sure like to eliminate it however.

I'm changing the needle to attempt to solve the lean condition. From NCVR to NCVQ.
