best riding exercises.

Right now here is my work out set up :)

upper: Monday and Thursday
Lower: Tuesday and Friday

*on the upper body days i do 3k meters on the row machine
*on the lower body days i do 20 mins on bike machine

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday

.push/Sit/Pull:.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

That right there will set you up to pound out some motos. Good luck dude, you won't see results right away but they'll come believe me.

this work out is not meant for riding. Its for me to be able to get a contract to become a US Navy SWCC. :)
