Pro Atlanta Supercross 2014

I heard Allesi got fined. Is that true. :thumb: He got passed by everyone accept the one who he took out. Tickle was unable to get around Allessi. I think Tickle just wanted to stay away from him. I think Tickle did the right thing by not retaliating against Allessi. Even though we all wanted to see Tickle put him down.

Yes Allesi did get fined $4,000 for the stupid take out on Tickle. I think they should have gave Tickle the prize money and Points Allessi was awarded for 6th place.

What does Alessi (or any rider) gain by intentionally T-Boning somebody like that? Was this his fault? Yes. Did he do it intentionally? I seriously doubt that. He just came into that corner way to hot and both him and Tickle paid for it.

In regards to him "gunning it", if you're about to hit something what do you typically do? You push back or brace yourself. What happens when you push your body back on a dirt bike? Your arms drop...

Not really trying to defend Alessi however we all know that this would be a non story if the "Alessi" name wasn't attached to it. :bonk:

He meant to block Tickle plain and simple. Yes he did. uh, awh... oh, hoh.. did not, did to.
Let's check that. Go back to replay. Oh yah he did.

I think he was trying to do a block pass and Tickle was just faster but not fast enough. Hence getting bike checked off the track.

And yes I saw the whole thing. Live on the tv. It pretty much looks like he rammed Tickle with his bike. But why would he intentionally do that?

I believe he had full control over his bike. He is no rookie like me. :smirk:. Do i beleive he did it on purpose NO. Do I beleive it could have been stopped yes Just buy useing his front brake. Or just take himself out Like many would do. Is it 70% back brake and 30% front brake? NO it is not. Why is the circle around his shifting foot? :noidea: I am no pro but I would be in the proper gear before the apex of the corner. Allessi has been riding like an amateur for at least two years now. That was an amateur mistake for sure.

look at the last part of that video again!! he says he's on the brakes so hard the frontend washes out? I didn't see the tire stop spinning one time :prof: I hit my brakes sometimes and it washes out, I know that it is caused by the tire locking up.

EDIT: also if you look closely, the only thing that made his frontend even look like it was washing out was the fact that his front end hit a dip right past that tuff block as he was coming into the corner.
