500cc's of Glory on youtube

I bet most of you have two or maybe even a garage full of trophies. So, just for the record I do not have a single trophy. I never placed higher than 13th in a race out of 24 riders. I do not want anyone to think that I am a pro racer. Nor did I ever say I was. Just because I try so hard to get a point across When it comes to the 500af. CR or KX. I would like more of you to test one if you were able to.

Dennis, Its not that we have a garage full of trophies or that we wouldn't enjoy having a CR500 in our paddock it's that you don't seem to understand others viewpoints. The CR500 was a great bike and still is. Service Honda did an excellent job with the conversion as well but its still dated hardware. IMO the RM250 is the greatest bike in the world. In James opinion the KX250f is the greatest, Ask Palmer and he'll tell you that his Beta is the best all around bike for him. These are opinions and not facts. You can produce any chart, Magazine article, youtube video or affidavit you want and we will still prefer the bike that suits us. The fact of the matter is that WE love the 500's we appreciate the 500's and yes its a great bike and we would ride one unless its jammed down our throat. So be more humbling, enjoy the forum and ease up on the 500 superiority gig.
To quote Rack's niece "Let go of my ears, I know what I'm doing"

PS I did enjoy the video...

Mihylo33, thanks for your thoughts and watching the video. I just have to say that this thread is for the 500cc two stroke bikes. It's was a great bike then and it is still a great bike today. This thread is not intended to be jammed down anyone's throat. Its mainly to show that the 500cc's are not dead. Also, to show that they are versatile in many types of riding and racing. I know it's not the bike for everyone. For those who do read this thread and feel like I am jamming anything down their throat. Please just look away. But, for those who are curious or would like to see all the 500cc two strokes in action. Please watch the video's posted. It's not just about the CR and KX500cc, this is for all of the big bore two strokes. That's why I titled it 500cc of Glory. Not CR500cc's of glory. :smirk: Thanks for watching.

I LOVE all the attention this thread topic gets.! Keep it coming. Tell me if you liked the video's posted. What I would like to know is if after you seen and maybe read some things about the 500cc two stroke. Does it make you wish you could test one.? Or maybe even scratch your head and say, I should buy one? :thumb:
