250F 2004 Crf250R Rebuild

So i got the timing set, it started right up.

however when the bike shuts off i hear a click sound like the auto decompression lever hitting. is this normal for honda bikes with auto decompression?!?!?

also everytime i put it in gear it stalls, so i think i need to adjust the clutch and put some tranny oil in her, as i used engine oil just to flush it out right after the rebuild. anything else i should look at for this stalling issue?

i will upload pictures in a few when i get up loaded :)

perfectly normal.

this bikes manual recommends to use a 10w40 for the transmission

Okay, sorry for the late post, but the bike is finally back together, and running great!!!! He paid me for all the parts. So another successful rebuild for me :)

Here are a few pictures i forgot to upload

I will be rebuilding my friends 2008 crf250r pretty sure, he will be paying me for labor, and he will be boring it out and upgrading the bike with all after market parts. So i will create a new thread, with more detail. :)
