Okie day, let's continue...
Cases cleaned up and wiped down, ready for the oven at 400* for 10 minutes.

Bearings spent 24 hours in the freezer in an airtight bag to prevent moisture.

They literally fell into place. As soon as the freezing bearing comes into contact with the 400* aluminum, it seizes up, securing the bearing in place. :thumb: Cool Stuff!

Some miscellaneous stuff now.

Cleaned up the piston. New rings, Pin, Clips, and Bearing.

Flywheel nut got fraacked over while I was driving the crank out of the case/bearing. NEW!

Upon removal, the upper steering stem nuts were completely stripped... OEM matched the PC black just by luck. :wiggle:

Installed an oil baffle and the bearing retainers.

New crank Seals. Managed to drive one of the crank seals 3mms too deep, and it bound the crank bearing. While trying to remove it, I destroyed it... So I need to order a new one. :picard:

Installed RH crank seal and seal retainer.
