My 2 friends go on this every year and bitch about it every year. I am not into poker runs and I dislike the Stoddard area as do they yet they go back every year.

someone needs to start showing Dave the proper places in these area's... i have heard similar from 530 on a few places and all i could think was damm i really like those area's

I think this is the case. I have always ridden between the Slash X and the 15. I went up once to join Bolt's group and they took me on a ride that consisted of rocks, rocks and then some more rocks. Same thing I have always experienced up there.

I need some better guides indeed. Like the last time Rack and CDA took me on a "launch ride". WTF did I do to them. Seriously, I hear about the good stuff down in Ocotillo and out in Johnson Valley and I would like to check it out in person sometime.

When I STAGE AT Stoddard I stage on the very southern end where the signs say it's illegal but it is NOT. Then I ride south 6 miles ziggin and zaggib rocks, washes and jumping railroad tracks before hitting the good stuff. Then I head east through the hills for some fun trails... THEN I AM HOME now that I live out here !

Then I ride south 6 miles ziggin and zaggib rocks, washes and jumping railroad tracks before hitting the good stuff. Then I head east through the hills for some fun trails... THEN I AM HOME now that I live out here !

Well that explains some of the problems I have had in the past as I have never ridden south of the area where you stage at, or never below the train tracks as I was told we would be shot on site. We need to hook up for a ride so you can show me the good stuff.
