RM250 rm250 starting issues

Yeah... And i absolutly hate white.. I was going to get yellow disk guard and fork guards.. But i couldn't find any new yellow fork fuards.

What's the point of that plastic rotor guard? Any thing that will damage the rotor will surely destroy the guard

Once again this guy knows not what he speaks of. My front rotor guard has been through hell and back, and it shows it. Any little bit of protection offered is worth while. And my front rotor prooves this. Both the inside and outside of my rotor guard are beat up but there is NO, NONE, NADA, damage to my rotor. Also it is cosmeticaly pleasing in my opinion also. I vote for the white one in this case as you dont really have much yellow on the bike.

It mainly protects it from dings. I wish my bike had one but I can't find one

Once again, this guy is a know it all. Never run a rotor guard, no issues!

i would think in a race situation where you are having roost flung at you for a period of time it could be a precaution.... dont they also help keep mud and and stuff out of there?

My thread is poppin son!! .... I don't see how it would help too much.... Its plastic... Any kind of stick or rocks that would hit the rotor would in most cases not hurt the rotor... If it did hurt the rotor.. That plastic guard would not help it.. I didn't get the guard for any of these reason... Mainly for looks...

Other news.... Bike was a no go.... Wouldnt start :( ...Just put it all back together also... So Time to come back apart... Its going to sound better i beleive... Just in the different tone of kicking it it sounded less loud lol

I've probably got 20 used plugs that should still run... And i cant find any of them :(

I never said you were wrong for NOT running a rotor guard. I think its foolish to not run a rotor guard. Therefore I highly encourage it. And I am far from knowing it all. However Ive been alive for more than double your life time. Making me twice as smart as you in life, experience's. You are very knowledgable but when you go tooting your horn when you dont have enough information or experience, and this makes you look and sound very STUPID. Well stupid is kinda off the deep end. IGNORANT is the better word.

Yes Kyle your thread is very active. But I think your a little uninformed when it comes to your rotor guard. It will take more of a beating than you think and provides more protection than your aware. Yes it is cosmetically pleasing to the eye to have it installed. I totally agree with that, I think the bike looks naked with out it.

What a joke

We are all brothers here... Chill :D

I dont know... I have no personal experience with one any bike i've ever had didn't have one... Never messed up a rotor... A stick or a rock will not hurt the rotor . And if it did... It would take out that gaurd or spoke's...I can see where it might keep mud off the rotor to some extent .. But then again i can see where it would trap everything.
