What did you do to your car/truck today?

I met somebody in a parking lot for my blue ranger. He told me he didn’t want to just give out his address over the phone, I bought his story, and the truck.

Did the pink slip match his name and was the address right around the corner?

And, how did that ranger turn out for you?

Yes, everything matched, the dad‘s name, and their house address after I said I would take it, was right up the hill in Murietta. Offered if I wanted to follow him back to his house he had another set of front rotors for it. I passed. The truck worked out great, it went through both my kids, and I drove it for a few years until the dog blew it up.

Labradors totally rangers, is a family tradition.
 Yes it is! Although, I don’t want to blame a whole breed of canine, I think that you need to teach your dogs to be better drivers.
The story is that back in the 90’s we were on our way home from a weekend at Lake Havasu. It was Sunday night, and on our way out of the park I made a quick stop and jumped out of the truck to leave my payment in the office drop box. Timo was following in his mini van loaded up with the family and all his stuff. There was no room for the dog, so he was riding with me. As I wed running for the drop box I heard Tim yell. As I turned around I saw my truck driving off across the parking lot towards other parked cars and the base of a solid rock cliff. We tried to catch up but couldn’t. Luckily, the dog missed the cars and stopped the truck before it hit the cliff wall. The bad thing was that he avoided the wall by running into a huge boulder. The dog survived completely unscathed. The truck, however, was declared a total loss. Since that day, I have never left one of Tim’s dogs alone in my vehicle. :picard:

I was driving the old beast, 99 topkick with the cat, 6 speed, the dudes who have full blown cdl's are too good to drive the "little" trucks and the only other light duty guy they have can't drive stick.

Not a bad old rig, deff old school compared to my kenworth, I actually enjoyed driving the old girl, and that cat sounds far meaner than the newer engines
