Not quit yet, still got 2 months, but 3 would prolly be better. It's been a tough 5 months. Trying to get through the ACL surgery/healing I was blessed with a kidney stone. 3 ER visits in 6 days until I had surgery for it as well as it wasn't going anywhere

At least you have good insurance. Us retired folks aint got shit but a hefty bill every month to pay for all the homless on the SA River.

Complete remodel for my liking, the views are great, but it looks like it might have some drainage problems also looking through the photos.
