Whenever I feel like losing some poundage I cut back on my scotch intake.....fortunately, I've never felt like losing any weight...

Ok I'm not even going to post my height and weight.I was gonna say "what is Dee a chick or what ?" @ 5'4" and 138#s you'd blow away in the wind.
According to that chart I'm 25# underweight Guess that means I can eat more ice cream right?
Like Jackson said you have to change your lifestyle if you want this to work. In the beginning of this year I stopped eating fast food (for the record Subway isn't fast food ), drinking coffee and alcohol. I'd already given up soda a couple years ago. I didn't do this to loose weight, but to become healthier, which allows me to preform better. And I've already noticed a big difference.
I've replaced the fast food with more chicken and rice, not to mention Subway.
Done.

Have to laugh at this thread!! My name really is Dee. Short for DeLyle, and I am a Nutrition coach. We run nutrition clinics that help people obtain their optimum weight. Charts do not always give us all the correct info. I keep myself on the slim side ( according to the charts ). I ride all day long without feeling beat. Lose the 20 pounds and you will feel better and have more stamina.
