Ran a set of michelins 1 season back in 09 since they were out of stock with my maxxis. I could not make them stick to save my life. However they did love the deep deep farm land loam of Una-fricken-dilla! They had some decent life to them but as soon as a knob ripped, they all ripped.

I like the ones that were matched for the terrain I was on. They were a tad focused at one time, now they seem to have a broader range within the models. But hell I can still be happy with Bridgestone 22's and 23's.

Put the new bars on the KX, I only rode it around the property but they feel fine for me. The carmichael bend seems to work good on a tall bike for a short dude :smirk:
