What did you do to your bike today?

graphics came off and put onto the wall of old graphics.

then it was oil change. I was really surprised at how dark my oil was. it was new before the race and only 50 miles on it. I also did the air filter....

i went with notoil stuff before the race. this notoil cleaner stuff works really good. Much easier to clean then the pj stuff i usually use. the bead stuff worked good last time so i figured id use it again. not sure if i am using too much

number plate and headlight got the simple green treatment next. i ordered a new bulb cleaned out everything and we will see if its useless or not.

Yes... a "small" amount of grease....

Yes, I use grease as well but not a small amount. I use pretty good amount just to make sure that baby is sealed air tight.

I used to use Bel Ray waterproof grease when I used the PJ1 filter oil. Washing that out with gas was faucked. No I use the NoToil and the rim grease. I use a lot more then Trav though.

No, I Just add extra spray on the lip of the filter where it seats, inside and out. The clamp, screw, hold down device should be tight enough.

Inside of air box is always very clean.

Yesterday my parts came :banana:

i quickly ran into my garage and opened the box.

took everything out.

then started with the headlight... about 30 seconds in i had to step away to do a security gig at my kids school. :lol:

that was funny in itself let alone i just couldnt get myself to go tell on the kids doing stuff wrong haha. Then it was some good times :cheers:

with my quad riding buddy and i was drunk passed out.

so i wake up and start doing what i could before another arrangement i had spending some time with my moms. gotta love yer moms and show her love this weekend

Then finally i get home and i can just get into stuff... First order of buisness... chain and sprocket.

new chain was a lot tighter but i expect it will stretch some so i will keep an eye on it.

after that it was time to put the muffler on. i got some packing for the rear part of the muffler but it is odd and the tube i have that came in the muffler is all bent and jacked up. So i left it and the packing out so only half of my pipe is packed :noidea:

but the muffler has a bend in it as well...

but hey...it fits with no problem so i bolted it up and fired up the bike.

sounds great and ran very well. bike felt good and healthy.

last i got my new grips and the bark busters put back on...

now my battery must be a POS cause i can kill that thing in one sitting try to start the bike but 1 kick fires it up. So that is next up to bat.

yes. i have it for the hero 2 and the 3 black.

with the hero 2 i have to put a wifi pac on it to get that to work. the hero 3 black came with it.

the hero 3 previously had issues tho causing corrupt files and freezes. i missed some dam cool footage because of it :foul:

i cant wait to go fully test it now because they just came out with a update and it gave me new features and is supposed to fix the freezes.

I have the silver and had the remote in my "shopping cart" on one of my many online orders recently (and, yes, I tell the state all about my online taxes when they come due :lol:

). Just couldn't pull the $75 trigger yet. :foul:
