Everytime I watch Grant in SX I wonder why Reed hired him, I'd think Reed would spend money on someone who can carry the flag as a guy who can still podium and/or win so that he can think about retiring and being a Dad/team owner (not saying he's bad at either of those things)

He does have potential, which I think Reed recognized, but he doesn't have the drive,or aggressiveness. I think a lower price tag had somthing to do with it though.

I've always felt that Grant had the talent, He doesn't have the work ethic, and thats as hard to come by as the talent.

I feel like if Reed gets a hold of an up and comer thats new to the game he can light a fire under his ass, but Grant is no new comer and set in his ways.

I finally figured out how to sneak nos onto a factory bike, just not mine.

Well yeah....you don't have a factory bike, so that figures.just drop Viagra into the tank, it will turn a 250 into a 450, but if for more than 4 hours you need to see a mechanic.
