Injured still learning - and falling

The most dangerous part next to driving there is unloading the bikes and gear.

If I had any of my injuries to do over the one thing I learned is get a doctor who has a priority on getting you back to the same activity you got hurt doing, if that is your desire. Sports medicine can be lots different than a person who gardens for a hobby when a healing regimen is set up.

My primary has been quick to get me to all the specialists. She want's me back on the track just as much as I do. It's cool to have a doc that understands you.

Soooooo.... MRI came back. I tore some muscles and stretched a couple ligaments but the shoulder will heal.... Now for the back.... Being referred to a spine specialist/surgeon. I have Cervical Spinal Stenosis and Degenerative Disease. Part is from my arthritis and just what happens naturally. The wreck just aggravated it I think, but I'm not the doctor. I just know it hurts from my Jaw to my middle back... Damn not taking my time to learn
