You're gonna need a bigger stem, or weld something else in place...
Upper bearing- 41 O.D. , 25 I.D.
Lower bearing- 41 O.D. , 26 I.D.

Well everything on my front end is missing except the forks and triple tree and they need to be rebuilt. Also I want to upgrade to disc brakes and have newer better forks.WhAts wrong with the cr80 forks?

You might want to try and find another parts/donor bike and make 1 from 2, but that vintage are few and far between.
