Okay so a little update to my bike rebuild


I will update this post as I buy more or spend more on anything it takes to get this rebuild done.

PARTS:

complete engine Gaskit Kit from ebay = $40
HotRods main bearings and seal kit from OEMcycle =$50
Oem water pump seal and bearing from :devil: TT= $30
Crank Rebuild Labor = $50
Crank Rod Kit = $82
Shipped cylinder out to get replated = $20

Replate clyinder US Chrome = $215

Total = $584

For a whole complete rebuild. I guess it isn't too bad. If anything else pops up I will be sure to add it.:thumb:

Well I got my cylinder back and it looked great, they even edged the ports for me.:ride: I put together last night and took a pic from my phone as it sits now. All that is left now is putting it in the bike and hooking all the stuff up and installing all the plastics.

I think its funny that you have your coolant ports blocked to prevent dirt from getting in there but your intake and exhaust are not.:P
