nice... i held onto that 205 till about 3 weeks ago, my buddy (the one from this post) and i had stopped and then just started back up but he's been slacking on my and not showing up. last 3 weeks though i've gone from 205 to 189 this morning... need to start walking/running again but lately i've just been lifting light with a ton of reps in every direction possible and it's been working
