Did not want to push my bench.
trap bar deadlift 400. IM stronger on the trap bar then the olympic bar. :thumb:
trap bar deadlift 350 for 3 sets of 5 reps.

the olympic bar isnt for dead lifts :picard: thats for power cleans :prof:
