Really? News to me, I thought that the 04-05 and 06-08 were the same.

Did Kawi do the engine and Suzuki the chassis in their partnership?

you can use the 04 head also but there was something diffrent about how it mounted or something with the cylinder.. How ever 05-08 were the same.. you can use 05-06 suzuki also.. but I'd just find an 08 kawi head and be golden..
