Yeah that's what it sounds like. I'm glad that they changed their minds, Mike [Alessi] doesn't need to be penalized any more for this. Not to mention he's currently 6th in the points, be a shame to let that go to waste.

You think it was Tony out there with the laser? It's already been proven that it was Jeff. According to Jeff he lied to his dad (Tony) when he asked if he'd used the laser. Tony took Jeff's word for it and went apeshit on both Steve and Davey, which in my opinion is what a bulk of the problem was.
