Me and mike were just discussing this when would be the best time to come out? Where would we stay, what would we ride?

Hey you are close to me right now, delay your trip home and come out and ride with me tomorrow night. We are doing a shorty, only 7 mile.

It was a good trip, no time to ride, as we were enjoying the 97 degree Palm Desert.

Loaded up and ready to roll. Headed to Miami Trails to meet up with my neighbor and slowerthanu.

The fire roads were pretty easy.

Once we got to the top it was all down hill from there

We got into some nice thick wooded areas

Here is a section where a couple of guys were having some issues. With great prowess I motored err pedaled on by

I was pretty winded after climbing this section so I stopped ot snap a few pics down hill...

Back on the fire roads for a break and to link up a few more trails

It was a brutal day. Knocked out 68 miles on the ol' roadmaster. Here she is before the ride a little dirty and in need of some repairs.





After I got home I cleaned her up and she sure looks good!
