Moto training

I have recently finished insanity for the first time. 6 weeks of torture turns into the best shape of my life... Well, at least since high school! I would recommend it for anyone looking for a structured workout you can get without having to go to the gym!

I am very excited about trying this. It seems so simple it could work! And I need some insane weight loss. -BIG DAN:thumb:

Only advice I have is pace yourself in the beginning of the workout, otherwise you'll be dead a quarter way in.

Sorry but Big D called dibs first.

He said he wants to drop the "big" from Big D. :thumb:
I thought the WARM UP to the fit test was the work out. I did it for about 3 and half weeks. I saw results but got sidetracked on other stuff.

The other thing you have to watch out for is the "recovery" week. That ish is almost as hard as the workout week. If you can stick to it its awesome. I just do it every now and then. To try and stay up with the cardo. My problem is when I take a few weeks off from riding I dont notice the cardio going down but I do notice the ARM PUMP. I am now looking for something to get rid of this.

Its tension from gripping too hard. You get less comfortable with the bike and get a death grip.
