450F Meet Elise

take one you have and play with it a little. they are really easy to true and much more forgiving now. I havent seen a new rim and spokes for what I wanted quite that low though.
Beer God said he'd sell me a moose rim and spokes for $160 including truing it. It pays to have friends with funny nicknames.

I seem to get a lot of things by making mention. The crfx cases full if gears and a crank was one such. So far no one I know who can raid a warehouse has one.

I am not either. There are those you just wouldn't loan anything to. Floyd had a roommate who didn't ride, but one day when Floyd was in class said roommate decided to take one of his bikes (a montesa) and go riding with some other friends. it had those gas taps that were really just a rubber contraption with a ball in it, you would squeeze the ball until it moved from one chamber to the next to affect open or closed. after a few months they never really shutoff. anyway, the roommate's friend was clueless, but they pushed the bike until it started. as was common with amal equipped rigs you could run one out of gas and seize it. this one went about a half mile and it seized.

bottom line was that even though the roommate was dean's list material, he had no idea that telling a racer it was "no big thing, all i did was ride it." was the incorrect answer to "F#@^!!! WTF did you do to it??"

well on that note, asking me if you can ride my bike and electing just to take it for a joy ride are 2 different things
