here is the GPS of the ride. the last part after it gets back to the truck was just a few of us wanting more :ride:

so we explored hungry valley a bit. then Timoyz and I went to the MX track out there and i ate it in a sandy berm :lol:

Great ride guys! It was great to see some familiar faces as well as meet some new ones. Bruce thanks for putting this run together. Sorry I had to bail on the tacos (again :rolleyes:

), but good thing I did. Had a temp of 101 when I got home :foul:

. That ride kicked my ass! Can't wait till the next time. I'll get some videos up soon.

Event though I didn't make it far I had a great time...(yeah my ass, I should have met Rack in the dez... :smirk:

) J/K...Geek great ride..really wish I could have made it up the switch backs to hit the trails in the pics from T-raV

Nice after ride party...great food, great company...I CAN wait to do it again...I need more time in the saddle to get my dirt legs back. PLUS the next time I may consider leaving the 25 lbs of tools and take only 3 gallons of water instead of 5... :foul:

...that pack was heavy.

A huge thanks to Geek for sticking with me till I got going again and especially for CDA and Timo for "escorting" me back down the hill.

Can't wait to see the video's.... :cry:

This was the biggest pucker moment for me. My bark buster hit the big root sticking out and somehow i actually got my right foot down.

Marty(dont know if he has a online name here) getting busy on the way back to the trucks

I came in a bit hot and hit a rut which sent me down a big hill and i had to bush stomp it a bit

You should have started a new thread for the report. This thread is going to be a million pages with all those go pros and cameras. Great shots so far. Love that wheelie shot of Trav. And of course the one of CR250 going down :smirk:

I've clipped that tree Trav, but rolling backwards after I stalled feathering around it. I almost lost my balance. I dont know if anyone just rides by it. I inch up to it and feather around it.

So far it looks like it was a great day and fun night.

Rez, those switchbacks are pretty tuff for anyone the first time. Not :naughty:

the best trail for a maiden voyage. But I didnt want to say anything to discourage you :smirk:

Were you able to cruise around Gorman some when you got back down the Mt? Or were you spent?

I racked up 92 miles on an epic ride. I'll post up my dirt nap in the appropriate section (just to make you feel better Rez :hug:
