UPDATE:

So finally got the beast home and boy does it sound sweet

Cant wait to ride

So in the end it needed .4 of a mm taken off and the use of 2 gaskets from now on, you can see just how bad it was via this video:

I have sent a couple of emails to the DamagedGoods ebay people who I bought the damaged bottom end off but have had no response and its been more then 2 days now. I included the full video, and full invoice but nothing. I even got the best price possible so it wouldn't be a fortune for them to pay me for the repairs that they promised. I will be reporting them to ebay if no response when 5 days have passed.

It isn't uncommon for one case to be a little higher than the other. Now you are one step further towards the engines the support teams had. Lol. About ten steps to go.
