started my first day back at jogging. I have a cool app on my phone that posts to my FB so i am accountable :lol:

1 mile in 15 mins... holy shit im out of shape
 
My wife and I walk 2.5 miles 5 times a week and we do it in about 40 minutes. Sometimes I jog slowly while she walks but it is amazing the different muscles you use just doing the slow jog versus walking.

even riding dirtbikes uses different muscles. my goal for right now is to get to where i can jog 3 miles in 30 mins.
