Amatuer Is it to late to become a pro racer???

Haha, chunky guy, but still an athlete. There is a huge difference between being in shape, and having natural ability.
This is/was true when it came to Marty Tripes BACK IN THE DAY... he was so "big" he broke foot pegs upon landing jumps... BUT was really fast and good! :thumb:

It is never too late, but you need a good solid team and a lot of effort. You can't miss days in the gym and you HAVE to work hard on your education. And have a back up rout if it doesn't work. My parents stress this, if I don't have above a 3.0, I don't ride. Simple as that. I thought I would take the pro rout, but I'm nearing the end of school and I don't think it will feed me despite all the work, so my back up plan is ROTC.
