So i need help with choosing my next bike.

I have been riding for only a year and a half, so i'm new to this stuff. I have been riding a 2007 KTM 85SX and i am planing on getting a 250 bike because this one is too small for me now and i don't want to go for the 125. I'm 15 yrs old, would say i am around 176lbs or 80kg and about 175cm. I was thinking about the SX-SXF and YZ-YZF, maybe even CR-CRF. My rides are nothing special, its just some casual riding out in the fields or sometimes in the woods, but nothing too hard. Also fuel consumption is pretty important to me since i don't want a bike that will eat like 10L per ride and my budget is not that high, since i can get good 250cc(2010-2015) bikes in my country for less then 3000e. If you have any suggestions tell me. I would appreciate any kind of feedback!

What is the fuel consumption on it? And i dont need raw power, im gonna be doing casual rides so i dont really need something that will rip for my first 250 yknow? Also what about a KTM SX250F 2014? (i heard the repairs on those types of bikes are expensive, sometimes even unrepairable.)

get the bike that you can get parts for in your area. 2st use more fuel than a 4st, but 4st cost more and need more maintenance than a 2st. So is fuel more important or reliability more important?

Well reliabilty is more important yeah, but i dont see any 2t bikes that are under 3000e, there are some but they are a bit older (like 2000-2007) and 4t are cheaper and like 2010-2015. And what is more important is if i can ride that type of bike, like with my height and weight?

YZ 250 2 strokes will get you 25 miles per gallon (you do the conversion)
Bigger tanks are available.
This engine has been around for 20 years and is easy to maintain, and very reliable.
The 06 up is the best suspension, the 02-04 are steel frame and better IMO for everything.
You can modify these bikes as you own it in many ways.

You are nearly 6foot tall so height wise a 250 will be fine,
Your dad is probably refering to the power of a 250!
Maintenance wise a 4t will cost twice as much to rebuild than the 2t so take care when choosing a bike and look for recent rebuilt with receipts to prove the work was done!
Have you ridden any 250's? 2t or 4t?

Okay thanks for everything, i found some bikes so if you have any spare time i'd be happy if u looked at them and told me if any of them are worth even checking out, just from the stuff that is said about them and if the prices of them are fair. Im guessing u can translate the pages. Thanks anyways.

I didn’t translate anything but by the looks I would pass on 3 and 4. Spokewraps are stupid and his bike is overpriced. I like the headlight, but I wish people would clean bikes they are trying to sell. I would probably pick #1
just as a hunch. Still, don’t be afraid of 4 strokes, just choose wisely. 4 strokes are far better suited to play bike status. 2T like/want/need to be ridden hard and the power is abrupt and liable to change rapidly and unpredictably. Either way you are going to be (should be) working on it so don’t think there is a maintenance free machine. Although the 2 stroke motor is more simple in design than a 4 stroke, maintained improperly, or poorly assembled will yeild similar results. Be aware of the previous owners attention to detail, and expression of concern for the machine foremost. One who appears cognizant of the maintenance required and has answers for your questions(ask a lot of questions) and do not be in a hurry to buy. Research the bike you wish to inspect, and study the issues or problems reported by others to help you know which questions to ask. Good luck shopping and be sure to post some pics of the one you get! Welcome to DBA

I like this one the best out of all of them, and the best price.

This unit comes in third, used for enduro, but what is that if translate correctly.

This is a second place winner as I love steel frames and it's the first year of 48mm forks, but not the SSS KYB's everyone brags about.

Didn't even say much, but 30 hours? How does he know? It looks really clean.

Comments under each link. I translated the in google. The first and last is worth a look.
