Great picture! How'd you get that mounted up?
Is that why the pictures are blurry? Mine do the same way on picture takin' mode.
i used several of the arm attachments to make it like a scorpion mount. then set it to UPd which makes it record upside down so when the camera is upside down its recording right side up. I need to get more curved mounts so as you can see in the pic i used the vent helmet strap. My visor has two slots that are perfect for the strap to go through. I also have a slot right in the middle on the top of the helmet which i put a skinny piece of velcro through so it holds the arm up against the bottom of the visor. Worked out really well. There was a litte bit of bounce that i noticed in the vid when i flipped the camera right side up so i can record forward tho.
Edit: here is a pic
i dont know excatly whats going on with yours but i noticed mine after seeing soemone elses pics and i went and tested it.. then i posted on the gopro forum and contacted gopro via emails. They had me first send a pic. Then they had me send them a short video of a sign or something with lettering. Then i got a email telling me to send in the camera to get a new replacement. this whole process took like 7 days inlcuding me shipping them mine and having a new on on my doorstep.... best customer service ive ever delt with.
Thanks a lot, Trav! I'll see what I can do, but I believe my warranty is up. Does that matter?
That mount looks great! Can you make that with the mounts they provide you wide in the Motorsports HD package?
heres some more pictures from that ride, notice the wrong size master link, i had to ride 2 miles with half a masterlink on the craziest terrain in ohio after my chain snapped, and at the same time all my teeth on my front sprocket got rounded at once i think it was some aluminum sprocket or maybe steel tipped im notrealy sure, but it obviously was a peice of shit sprocket
Nice sticker placement yeah man, sprockets are weak...very. You have to be really carful with that stuff.
I might have to rephrase on my part, sprockets wear easily is things don't line upumm, sprockets are really strong broseph...
Especially aluminum sprockets. That's why I've switched to steel.I might have to rephrase on my part, sprockets wear easily is things don't line up
