South Geek Slide Molested?

i really hate sites that do that.
It's a complicated thing. I have feelings that go to both sides of the issue.
I'm not sure how many of you know who Jerry Counts (aka countdown) is. He has really done a lot to preserve riding opportunity. Way more than I have that's for sure. Does that make anything he might do OK, um no it doesn't.
I really like the idea that there exist legal trails that are beyond my ability to ride. I know of very few of these. Most legal trails seem to get fixed and made so that a beginner on a quad can ride them. I understand why this is done, but that doesn't mean I want to see that everywhere.
Now for some less serious topics. Please don't get bent out of shape over these comments, I'm trying to get a laugh...
Should we start a pool of how many posts Travace can get in over there before he gets banned?
Just because Countdown took a sledgehammer to the the obstacle, that doesn't mean that the Geek won't still slide down it.

really tho i dont want to go that route. i want to express my opinion in a civil manner over there. I am honestly bummed about what happened there. Everyone here knows that i was just waiting for a opportunity to go back out there and go up it. KTM and CDA even volunteered me to to go first
but they live closer and i live way down south in San Diego so its not as easy for me to get out there.its sad that because this guy wants to run some dual sporters through there my opportunity to do something cool is GONE!!!.
so who has a rhyno that can get us out there with tools. ill go fix that shit right back to gnarly in a heart beat if i had the chance
Now that I know it is COUNTDOWN that did this I understand completely. He may be passionate about riding... and he may have a million hours in on volunteering... but he had NO RIGHT ! His thinking has ALWAYS scared me. Reading what he posts on TT the past many years makes him sound more logic-challenged than any woman I have ever met ! I am not surprised to find out it was him !

Against my better judgment I started a thread on thumper talk as well. I want to get the word out about this, I could care less about all the back-and-forth BS between Jerry and Keith on the district board, but for him to take it upon himself to forever modify our trail for his own selfish purposes like this is beyond believe. The fact that he is boastful about it defies words.
